Jillian Lester

Born and raised in the 818, Jillian grew up immersed in the vibrant world of entertainment, influenced by her dad’s work with local LA sports teams and the PGA Golf Tour. After interning for CBS Television and Warner Bros. Records, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business from the Los Angeles Film School while managing local talent and live events.

Before joining DADP, Jillian worked with Sterling Venue Ventures, including the iconic Canyon Club, where she launched Emo Night Parade. She has successfully hosted emo nights featuring live bands in Ventura County and the Inland Empire, creating unforgettable experiences that pay homage to early 2000s pop-punk—it truly was never a phase.

Jillian is excited to be a part of the DADP team and looks forward to continuing her journey in the entertainment industry!
